KinderTime (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of parents, guardians, and the children in their care. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the KinderTime service (the “Service”), and explains your rights under applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
The Service is available only within the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or precise geolocation data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your personal information.
KinderTime is designed for use by adults (parents and legal guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All information about children entered into the Service is provided by a parent or guardian and is subject to their control.
Information we hold about children is limited to: first name, age, and availability preferences set by the parent or guardian. This information is used solely to facilitate kindertime scheduling and is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
Parents and guardians have the right to: (a) review the information we hold about their child; (b) request deletion of that information; and (c) refuse to permit further collection of their child's information. Children's information is deleted when the associated child profile is removed by a parent or guardian, or when the parent's account is deleted.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you use the Service at your own risk.
